And then Came Monday Morning / Win a Free Detox Foot Bath

It’s been awhile since I’ve updated on the ReThink plan. I have lost 13 pounds so far, but these have come with quite the mood swings. Many people told me that the first week is the hardest…and it was!! I was miserable, and then come Monday morning (exactly one week on Hcg) and I feel completely different. I don’t feel as tired throughout the day and hunger is almost non-existent.

ReThink: Beginning Phase II

I am writing this as I sit next to Nathan editing the first part of the ReThink series, where I go through the weight loss program. Tonight marks the end of my phase I, which consisted of eating whatever I want. I have to admit that I enjoyed this weekend and the lack of concern with what to eat and what not to eat. On the other hand I keep looking up at the screen with the video and cringing and can’t help but be grateful that I’m doing something to get healthy and in shape

Watch Me ReThink My Weight Loss

Okay, starting today I am on a new diet. The odd thing is that as of now I am allowed to eat whatever I want. Not only whatever I want, but I was strongly encouraged to “gorge” myself and fill up on all my meals. I can’t help but think all weekend that it’s like my last meal before execution. So while I, for a limited time, am supposed to eat whatever I want, I now have doubts. Do I just sit back and relax and enjoy this freedom? No, I do not! All I keep thinking is, “What if I eat too much?” or “What if I eat the wrong things?” or my favorite thought, “I don’t want to eat all I want. I’m finally ready to do this, and don’t want to accidentally put on weight, now that I’m started.”
