I have been ensuring the success of projects and teams for more than 20 years. I grew up in an environment that fostered entrepreneurship. Since I was in grade school, I have tirelessly focused on finding ways to better the world around me – not just for myself but also in support of people in our community. One of my earliest accomplishments led to a nationwide publication of my writings about equality. Every day I continue to be a problem-solver in social and professional settings.

I graduated from Drury University with four degrees, Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, and an Associate of Science in Communications. In 2006, I opened Unknown Films with Nathan as the first film agency in Springfield that quickly expanded to the production of national television shows and advertising spots by putting an emphasis on quality and effective working relationships. 

I will always strive to make a point to understand the perspective of others, believing it is a key to improving procedures and developing strategies that support a team’s common goals. I will always stand by my word and feel that truly impressive leadership and support means working together with great communication.
